Data Retention

Enquiry data (no contract formed) – retained for 6 months, then deleted.
Contract-related data – retained for 7 years in accordance with German and Estonian commercial and tax law obligations (§ 257 HGB / § 147 AO).
Server logs – IP addresses are anonymised after 24 hours; log files retained for 30 days.
Cookie consent records – stored in your browser's localStorage until cleared; no server-side retention.
